Our Story
Three. Thirteen. A shared journey in architecture.
Studio 313 grew from Comfort and Mitchell Pinkney's shared love of architectural drawings, spatial problem-solving, and the quiet ways design can improve everyday life.
The name reflects that partnership: C is the third letter of the alphabet and M is the thirteenth. What began as a creative collaboration has developed into a licensed architectural practice led by Comfort.
Today, the studio combines Comfort's professional leadership with Mitchell's design and project support to serve homeowners and selected commercial clients with care, clarity, and a deeply personal approach.

Comfort is a Maryland Registered Architect and Project Management Professional with experience spanning residential design, workplace and institutional projects, and complex healthcare environments.
Mitchell Pinkney
Architectural Designer & Project Manager
Mitchell supports the studio through architectural design, Revit modeling, drawing development, visualization, and project coordination.
